Currently AgWise does not support LoRa or SMS. Our objective is to get reliable data and automation into rural areas. While broadband is only available to 85% of rural areas SMS (cellular service) can be even worse. LoRa is a great communication option for rural areas but its bandwidth is limited and cannot reliably support larger files such as images and videos.
Here at AgWise we only assemble products for you. We do not manufacture any hardware, ourselves. When you place an order for a piece of hardware you are placing an order for us to assemble the parts for you. This lead time consists of the time it takes for us to get the parts, assemble, and ship them back out to you.

AgWise is currently working on research with West Virginia University to verify data from open source hardware with scientific instruments. In our Instructables pages, you can find the devices we use and look up their tolerance. We try to only use hardware with a tolerance of +/- 1.
